Erik Ravelo

Born in Havana (Cuba) in 1978, Erik Ravelo is in charge of Social Engagement Campaigns at Fabrica, the Benetton Group’s communication research center. Ravelo is the author of numerous social campaigns for clients such as the Benetton Group, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, The Guardian, Reporters Without Borders etc. His work has been published in the international press and showcased in important exhibitions, including the Venice Art Biennial (2011), Artefiera (2014), Miart (2013), and Fabrica: Les Yeux Ouverts (2006) in collaboration with the Centre Pompidou in Paris and presented in Paris, Milan, Shanghai and Tokyo. Erik Ravelo received numerous international prizes and awards, including the Press Grand Prix at the International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, a Gold Clio Award and two Gold Pencils at One Show Awards (2012) for United Colors of Benetton’s Unhate campaign and the Epica Silver Award (2014) for Los Intocables.
