Visite guidate dedicate all’architetto Tadao Ando
Fabrica, in collaboration with Palazzo Grassi – Punta della Dogana, curates a calendar of free itineraries dedicated to Tadao Ando’s architecture and hosts a series of guided tours of Fabrica, a seventeenth-century mansion renovated by the Japanese architect in the 1990’s.
The initiative is part of a special program of events organized by Palazzo Grassi – Punta della Dogana dedicated to architecture with a focus on the work of Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who led the restoration of the exhibition venues of the Pinault Collection in Venice, of the Teatrino of Palazzo Grassi and who is currently engaged in the renovation works of the former Bourse de Commerce in Paris, the new permanent space of the Pinault Collection, to open in 2019.
The first appointment to visit Fabrica’s spaces is scheduled for Wednesday, September 26 at 5.00pm followed by a free conference by Mark Sealy, Director of Autograph ABP, titled “Decolonization of the camera: photography in racial time”. At 6.30 pm, Fabrica Auditorium.
