Benetton Research Libraries is a new cultural hub which includes the libraries of Fabrica, Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche and the Historical Archive of Benetton Group.
The three organizations, which have always collaborated synergistically in their cultural endeavors, have entered Worldcat, the largest worldwide network of libraries that allows access to more than 351 million records and 3.3 billion books/documents/holdings in 483 different languages.
The aim is to enhance and make available to everyone the services and the book heritage collected over decades of activity by the libraries linked to the Benetton world, creating a single point of access to over 100,000 volumes, periodicals, multimedia materials, maps and documents.
Thanks to this new platform, from anywhere in the globe, it will be possible to consult Fabrica’s more than 10,000 books and magazines on photography, industrial design, art, architecture, graphic design and visual communication.
Fabrica’s library can be visited by appointment from Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm.
