‘sein und zeit’ is an invitation for artistic producers from all over the world – irrespective of their field of practice – to share their artwork, exploring the quotidian feeling of the presence of absence.
The project ‘sein und zeit’ is an attempt to investigate and instigate the idea of belonging, grappling with post-colonial identity, through the intervention of multiple experienced realities from a myriad of cultures and the senses of sight and sound.
It also aims to open a unique transcultural dialogue between Tadao Ando’s prolific architecture of the Fabrica research center and abstract identities.
The submission can consist of a visual work with images, photographic experiments, visual arts, or an audial composition as sound art, field recordings, or sonic experiments.
