On Wednesday 19 June at 7pm Batman Zavarese, brazilian visual artist and the artist duo Sasha Huber (Switzerland-Haiti) and Petri Saarikko (Finland) will be at Fabrica for an event open to the public in which they will present their work and latest projects. Batman, Sasha & Petri began their professional career at Fabrica in 1998 and 2000 respectively.

Batman Zavareze, 51 years old, is a designer, festival curator and visual artist. He has brought his creative vision to life as the artistic director for large-scale musical shows (Marisa Monte, Tribalistas, Roberto Carlos, Planet Hemp), art exhibitions and live events (Rio 2016 Olympics, inauguration of President Lula da Silva, Opening of Cop 28 in Dubai, Nabucco Opera in Geneva and total Occupation of Times Square in NY in a large Call To Action: Save the Amazon). Notably, he created and directed Immersive Museums in Brazil, including the Museum of Sound and Image of Ceará.
As the visionary director and curator of the Multiplicidade Digital Art Festival since its inception in 2005, Batman has fostered a vital platform for exploring the intersection of diverse artistic languages and new technological experiences. This dedication has ensured the uninterrupted operation of the festival for nearly two decades, solidifying its position as a cornerstone of Brazilian cultural exploration.
