On Wednesday, 13 November at 10am CET Fabrica presents an online lecture by artist-researcher Sophie Krier titled “Re-worlding rural worlds”.
Can humans re-imagine themselves as a relational species, alive alongside other living beings, territories and temporalities? What underpins the bond between humans, earth and soil? A talk spanning over 10 years of social practice across radically different rural contexts, reflecting on what needs to be unlearnt and decolonized in order to ‘re-weave’ with rooted ways of living.
Sophie Krier’s lecture is part of Fabrica’s “Ruralism” residency program curated by Carlos Casas.
