On 11 January at 3pm CET Fabrica presents an online lecture by Korean web artist and designer Yehwan.
Throughout her practice, Yehwan explores the border between the Web, physical space and dynamic circulation. In this talk she will discuss about her exploration to combine the Web with body language, performance, 3D space, and installation to promote visual and interactive communication and narration.
Yehwan designs and develops experimental websites and interactive graphics driven by content structure instead of static templates and web design conventions. Through her projects, she tries to flip the general understanding of web design and subvert common user-experience behaviours.
Yehwan’s lecture is part of the “Otherworlding” Fabrica residency program curated by Carlos Casas.
